Job Description

  • Procurement & Sourcing (Goods and Services) Assist in the procurement process for goods and services in compliance with company policies.
  • Clerical & Administrative Support Perform general clerical duties including encoding, filing, and documentation of all department records.
  • Monitor and track supply inventory, document usage, and request replenishments when needed.
  • Handle internal and external communications professionally, including answering phone calls and emails.
  • Reporting & Documentation Encode and prepare accurate sales and procurement reports.
  • Ensure proper documentation of deliveries, gate passes, and supporting materials.
  • Maintain logs and tracking sheets for purchases, requisitions, and deliveries.
  • Attend to client inquiries and coordinate basic service or product information.
  • Source suppliers and vendors, request quotations, and conduct basic price
    comparisons.
  • Support negotiation of terms, pricing, and delivery timelines with suppliers.
  • Prepare and process Purchase Request Forms (PRF), quotations, and related procurement documents.

Qualifications

  • college-level open to fresh graduates
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work independently under minimal supervision.
